How many Node.js or Python apps can I run?
Turbo includes 5 and Nitro includes 20. That is the combined total — you can run any mix of Node.js and Python applications up to that number, set up from cPanel’s Application Manager. Startup and Growth do not include application hosting.
What happens when the first year ends?
Your plan renews at the price printed on the card above — we put it there precisely so it is never a surprise. We email you before it renews, and you can cancel any time from your client area with no cancellation fee.
Why is the second year more than the first?
The first year is an introductory price. Most hosts do this and hide the renewal figure until the invoice lands. We print it on the pricing card instead, so you can decide with the real number in front of you.
Can I move my existing website over?
Yes, and we do it at no charge. Send your current host’s details after checkout and our team handles files, databases and email — usually the same day. Your old site stays live until you switch the domain.
Do I need a domain, or can I use the one I have?
Use the one you have — enter it at checkout and we help you point it to us. Turbo also includes a free .in domain for the first year if you would rather start fresh.
Does WordPress work, and can you install it?
Yes. WordPress installs in one click from cPanel, along with 400+ other apps. If you would rather not, ask support and we will set it up for you.
Do I get email on my own domain?
Yes — professional mailboxes at no extra cost. Use webmail or connect Outlook, Gmail or your phone over IMAP. The number depends on your plan.
What control panel do I get?
cPanel, the industry standard. Files, databases, email, SSL, backups and one-click installs in one place, and anything you have learned on cPanel elsewhere works here unchanged.
How are backups handled?
Automatic backups run daily and you can restore from cPanel yourself in one click. You can also download a full backup whenever you like — your data is yours to take.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move up a plan at any time and pay only the difference for the rest of your term. Nothing goes offline during the change.
What if it is not right for me?
Full refund of the hosting within 30 days, no reasons required. Domain registration fees are the one exception, since those are paid to the registry the moment a domain is registered.
How do I pay, and do I get a GST invoice?
Payments run through Razorpay — UPI, cards and net banking. Card details never touch our servers. Every order gets a GST invoice, and you can add your GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.
